FAQ

What buyers ask before their first order

The questions that come up most often from retailers, distributors and online sellers, answered plainly. If yours is not here, write to us and we will answer it directly.

What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on where you are and what kind of business you run. A single-site retailer buying for a counter and a distributor taking pallet volumes are not held to the same floor, and freight economics differ sharply by destination. We confirm the minimum with your quote rather than publishing one figure that would be wrong for most people reading it.

Why is pricing not on the website?

Wholesale terms on nicotine products move with order volume, destination, duty treatment and channel. Publishing a single list would mislead more buyers than it helped. Send us your region, business type and expected monthly volume and you will get the numbers that actually apply to you.

How many pouches are in a can, and what size are they?

Twenty pouches per can. They are normal-size hybrid white pouches, which sit between slim and original in dimensions and suit most users without needing a second format on the shelf. Every can in the range shares the same shape and lid, so one facing plan and one case configuration cover all five flavours.

Which strengths should I order?

All five flavours are available at 3, 6, 9 and 12 mg with no gaps. As a general rule the middle of the range carries most volume: 6 and 9 mg do the bulk of the work in most markets, 3 mg suits customers new to the category, and 12 mg moves best where there is an established snus culture. Weight a first order toward the middle unless you already know your customers. Our guide to strengths goes into more detail.

Do the pouches contain tobacco?

No. ZEED pouches are tobacco-free. The nicotine sits on a plant-fibre carrier rather than tobacco leaf, which is what distinguishes the category from traditional snus and is why the two are often regulated differently. See our compliance notes for what that means in your market.

How should stock be stored, and how long does it keep?

Ambient storage is fine and no cold chain is needed in transit. Cool storage extends freshness and is worth using if you have the space, but the practical requirement is simply to keep stock out of heat and direct sunlight, both dry the pouch and dull the flavour. Rotate properly and the category gives very little trouble. Exact shelf life is stated on the specification sheet, and our storage guide covers the detail.

Where do you ship, and who handles customs?

The UK, EU, Middle East, Southeast Asia and North America. Import obligations usually fall to the importer rather than the manufacturer, and classification of nicotine pouches varies between customs authorities in ways that materially affect landed cost. We set out what applies to your route before you order, see shipping and customs.

What documentation do you supply?

Specification sheet, ingredient declaration and the product documentation available for your market, sent on request rather than published, documentation is issued per market and per batch, so a static page would go out of date. Our compliance page lists what you should ask any supplier for, including us.

Can I order a single flavour?

Yes, though we would usually advise against it. Spearmint carries the volume almost everywhere, but a single-flavour shelf converts far fewer customers than a small spread, Peach in particular brings in buyers that mint never reaches. Three or four facings tend to outperform one, even at the same total case count.

Do you offer private label or OEM production?

Not currently. We supply ZEED-branded product for wholesale and distribution only.
